All Purbashree products have been hand-woven and hand-crafted by weavers and artisans from around Northeast India in villages mostly at their homes. 

Unevenness in weaves, prints, minor slubs in fabric, minor irregularities in handicrafts and slight variation in color are expected outcome of an authentic craft process. These variations are typical characteristics of any hand-crafted product and are not to be considered as damage or defective. For more details read our returns and refund policy here.

All our orders generally gets delivered within 7 days from order. However, some handmade products need be sourced from artisans due to which it takes 2-3 days for dispatch and 10-15 days for delivery. In case of custom orders or unavailability, it might take up to 15 days for dispatch. The same will be conveyed to the customer through mail or via call and users can track their orders.
