Ngotè is a studio-based apparel and accessories manufacturing &
marketing venture founded by Elizabeth
and Zosangliani on 2019 as a home-based
brand.
With sustainability as our chief focus, we aim to reinterpret and
spearhead innovations in the Handloom – Handicraft sector in
Mizoram by promoting cultural and artistic expression among
Mizo youth and traditional skills of workers in the industry.
Ngote currently operates as a design studio with a team of 7
within the studio and works with weavers from different part of the
state directly and indirectly (approx. 10 back-strap weavers and 2
clusters ) in producing and developing finished handloom fabrics.
