Dhiren Goswami a master craftsman and an expert mask maker, carrying forward the age-old tradition passed down through generations in his family. He is affiliated with Majuli’s Chamaguri Satra and is the son of award-winning mask maker Kosha Kanta Deva Goswami. His ancestors were believed to have been blessed by the gods themselves with the art of mask-making. From a young age, Ravi had shown an inherent passion for sculpting intricate and captivating masks, each telling a unique story.

Goswami’s workshop is a sanctuary of creativity, filled with Bamboo, Mud, paints, and tools. Every day, he would immerse himself in his work, meticulously carving and shaping masks that breathed life into his imagination.
